ZenGeist is a luscious, full-bodied, late harvest dessert wine made from Vignoles grapes.  We allow our Vignoles to hang out in the vineyard an extra long time to give you intense citrusy flavors and a delightful sweetness.  The Vignoles grape capture wonderful honey and pear flavors and aromas that are expressed in each sip.

Reminiscent of a well-balanced sweet German Riesling, our ZenGeist possesses a high acid level that balances the sweetness perfectly without being too heavy like many dessert wines can be.  All of our Vignoles grapes are locally grown.

                                                                  

                                                                  

Owl Creek’s Framboise bursts with sweet raspberry flavor.  Our dessert wine is made with 100% red raspberries grown in the Willamette Valley of Oregon a really captures the very essence to raspberries at their best.  A very versatile wine, Framboise can be sipped, added to any dessert for an extra zing!  It is especially great over ice cream, drenching your favorite cheesecake or on anything chocolate.  Keep a bottle in the fridge for any dessert emergency!

 

Framboise’s red raspberries are shipped to Owl Creek whole and fermented like a red wine in open top tubs.  We fortify our wine to 17% alcohol with a fine aged brandy.
