Seyval Blanc

Delicate fish like sole or haddock, light salads with Vinaigrettes, pairs well with spicy Thai or Mexican cuisines.


Bald Knob Chambourcin

Pairs well with a wide variety of foods, especially: BBQ, pork chops with applesauce, lamb, braised short ribs.

Light creamy pasta, light summery salads with fruits,bacon and pancetta, mild cheeses, crab cakes, egg dishes, and fish.


Water Valley White

This Niagara blend matches well with most fruits and light pasta salads.  Try enjoying it alongside Muenster, spiced and peppered cheeses.  This wine also tastes wonderful with Funnel Cake!


Ruby Red Concord

Pork chops, grape pie, grape crisp, English truffle. Use Concord in wine spritzers; half white soda, half Concord wine.  Cheddar cheese.
